Over the last few weeks we have come to realize that our existing notification methods for maintenance and service disruptions are not good enough. Updates were too slow with our existing mailing solution and we were unable to target those who were specifically affected. Therefore we have decided to invest in a dedicated system for handling this.
You can see on new status page at: status.tinkerhost.com . Here you can subscribe to receive updates via email, or twitter. We will be using this extensively and this is the new location you should be checking for updates on any maintenance or service outages.
